We endeavour to create an ambitious and inclusive curriculum, which provides all our children with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to be effective, inquisitive, and independent learners. Fundamental British Values are at the heart of our curriculum, we pride ourselves on role modelling and educating the children to be well mannered, well developed, confident individuals, who feel valued. Children are encouraged to treat each other respectfully and how they would like to be treated.

Included in our planning we celebrate events inclusive of all cultures and faiths. Parent partnership is an important part of the children’s learning and we are sure to include them in our events. From a home cooked Christmas family meal at the nursery, where the children have the opportunity to sing with their parents whilst sharing a warm cocoa in the garden. To preparing for Christmas each year with carol concerts. Moving to embracing Spring as the children design their own Easter Bonnets at home with their family to model down the nursery catwalk. We promote democracy as the children vote for the winning hats.

Amongst our other events such as Sports Day, Halloween parties, Mother’s Day afternoon tea, Father’s Day sports afternoon, and parental picnics, our ‘pre-school leavers’ are celebrated each year as we identify and celebrate the achievement of each individual child as they head off on their new learning adventure at school.
